Be Kind To Your Thoughts

A world of good is coming to you. Welcome to your process of self love. 

I have come forward from a dark tunnel. A history of rape, abuse, anger and fear kept me in an illusion of unworthiness.   


 A new pratice of thought was the only was out. 

My feelings tell me where I am now. What I feel today is a prediction of what I will feel tomorrow. What am I feeling now? What do I want to feel tomorrow? We can let the thoughts flow as low as it goes, and stay in a low frequency of fear, or we may find many excuses to feel we need something outside of ourselves to feel good. It is what was taught, told and learned before we can make any decisions for ourselves. It was made for us before we were born. As soon as we're born, we are what our parent(s) believe us to be. Whether it be religion, fashion, food, money, etc. We will never find what we are looking for if we feel lack of anything that we feel we are missing or missed. 

Humans bounce energy or vibes off of each other. This is how protests happens, wars, poverty, etc. We come together when we feel the same about something that is passionate to us. That whatever it is, it feels so true, that it has to happens. No matter what it is. Good or bad. We look at the world according to others. We sort our emotions based on what we are seeing or hearing. This behavior pattern is what we learned as children. We don't have to believe everything that was taught to us. Give your visions to your thoughts. What you feel is what you see. Give your feelings a break. Give it what it really wants. Give it what it desires. Emotions get exhausted when there is any lack in your vision. Set aside a smile with a sigh. Practice using your sense of relief with a sigh. Remind yourself that everything always works out for you, eventually. Give your thoughts a break. There is more to thought than thinking. A practice of thought becomes belief. Whatever it is you believe, there is a practice, a momentum of thought as your vision will always show you. The practice of believing the world is doomed, will bring to your vision a doomed world. A negative habit in your vision is the hardest thing to let go. Because, now you can see it. You can't unsee what you are seeing. But you can change what is seen as a lesson and implement your intentions for a better vision for your future. Most humans believe this is not possible. We forget anything is possible. Only when you truly believe in it. We are missing out on a big part of this time, space and reality. We forgot we are positive source energy. It is why we crave love. We can channel or change our frequency(our minds, our thoughts) at any time we feel it necessary to feel our greatest good. There is a solution to every problem. We tend to justify staying in a frequency that shuts us out of a better reality. The greatest contribution to you and others is to spread your own happiness. We are not here to fight or justify what is wrong or right. Questions you have asked, get answered, only when you are open to the answer. When you feel some sort of peace with all you've experienced the answers become easy to you. It may be difficult some moments of the day. I say moments because a day can feel like a lifetime. These are the times that you are not connected with your thoughts. Which is most of the time. Boredom creeps in. You feel tired during the day. Annoyed with something or someone in the present or past. It is like keeping a link tied to your negative emotions. A familiar emotion becomes a habit thought that you can change. Change your thoughts with ease. There is no point in scolding yourself for anything. There is a sense of lack when you feel you did or are doing something wrong. I am pretty sure one of the first words you learned was "no". It actually set the tone for self limitations. When it is something that you feel you want or need in your life, and you feel you cant have it, it is because you've already set your intentions of lack around the subject. There is no rush to figure out what and why you think the way you do, It is habit thought. We all have it. It is a very familiar thought pattern most of us don't realize we're doing it. We have learned behavior that we experience in our environment from which we grew up. You can't control what comes to mind. You can always ease into a better feeling thought. There is space in your thoughts to intend what you want to think. It is really up to you, not what is going on around you. It is time to unlearn the self talk of doubt and lack. It is time to learn who you really are. Let our journey be of self care. Self care starts with how we think about ourselves.
